Before mass production, there should be an appropriate amount of trial products.
3. Poor terminal connection (terminal voltage)
In this process, it is generally due to the improper orientation of the terminal, the terminal does not completely cover the copper wire, and the terminal is excessively wrapped, which leads to the insertion of broken skin and other defects. These defects generally occur in the operation of manually striking the terminal. If the automatic machine is used to strike the terminal, it is only necessary to adjust the machine, which is less likely to occur.
